From April 15 to June 1, Russia suspended regular and charter flights with Turkey. The exception will apply only to two regular flights per week between Moscow and Istanbul.
Due to the restriction of air traffic between Russia and Turkey, airlines inform about changes in the operation of regular flights between these countries from April 15 to June 1, 2021. Passengers affected by this situation and who purchased air tickets on OneTwoTrip and on the websites of partner banks have access to special regulations on actions with tickets.
If your airline is not listed below, expect an individual notification via email from your order regarding available actions with your ticket.
Turkish Airlines
The following ticket actions are available for passengers on canceled flights:
- forced return of an unused ticket;
- exchange of a ticket departing on another date after June 1, 2021;
- exchange of ticket with change of direction.
If you have received notification that your flight has been cancelled, please create an involuntary refund or ticket exchange request in the “My Order” section of the OneTwoTrip website or app, indicating the reason for the return “Airline canceled the flight.” & nbsp;
Do not submit an involuntary return or exchange request before receiving such notification from us, in order to avoid cancellation of your reservation without the possibility of a refund from Turkish Airlines.
Aeroflot Airlines
Passengers have several options available:
- Refund of air ticket price (without airline penalty);
- Exchange on the same route for alternative dates (without airline penalty );
- Exchange to an alternative destination (without airline penalty).
You can create a request for an exchange or refund of an air ticket in your personal account on the website or in the OneTwoTrip application in the “My Order” section, indicating the reason for the return “The airline canceled the flight.”
Nordwind Airlines
Passengers have several options available:
- Refund of air ticket price (without airline penalty);
- Exchange on the same route for alternative dates (without airline penalty );
- Exchange to an alternative destination between April 15 and June 1 (no airline penalty).
You can create a request for an exchange or refund of an air ticket in your personal account on the website or in the OneTwoTrip application in the “My Order” section, indicating the reason for the return “The airline canceled the flight.”
Pobeda Airlines
For passengers with tickets for Pobeda Airlines flights to Turkey on departure dates from April 13 to June 1, 2021 inclusive, an involuntary refund of tickets is allowed.
No action is required on your part, Pobeda Airlines has automated the refund process, it will be done automatically. You will receive email notifications as your ticket refund processing status changes. Refunds will be made using the same method you used to pay for the ticket.
S7 Airlines
Passengers have access to a refund of the air ticket price (without airline penalty).

Utair
Passengers of canceled flights to Turkey have access to an involuntary refund of the cost of their air ticket without the airline’s fine. You can create a request for a refund of an air ticket in your personal account on the website or in the OneTwoTrip application in the “My Order” section, indicating the reason for the return “The airline canceled the flight.”
Ural Airlines
Passengers with departure dates from April 15, 2021 to June 01, 2021 can get a refund of the air ticket without an airline penalty.
You can create a request for a refund of an air ticket in your personal account on the website or in the OneTwoTrip application in the “My Order” section, indicating the reason for the return “The airline canceled the flight.”
Pegasus Airlines
Passengers with departure dates between April 15, 2021 and June 01, 2021 have access to a refund of the cost of an air ticket without an airline penalty or exchange a ticket for a new one with a departure date after June 1, 2021.
You can create a request for a refund of an air ticket in your personal account on the website or in the OneTwoTrip application in the “My Order” section.
You can start the procedure for exchanging your air ticket by removing your seats from the flight. You can do this by contacting the airline directly or by creating a request for an involuntary return in the “My Order” section, indicating the reason for the return “The airline canceled the flight.” After the refund request has been created, write to support@onetwotrip.com or chat in the application to request an exchange of your ticket. Please indicate your order number and desired travel dates and flights.
