Changi Airport, Singapore
Connecting time: from 5.5 hours.
Visa: transit visa to Russians is issued free of charge for up to 96 hours of stay in the city.
The required mark is placed at the point of entry. To do this, it is important for Russian citizens to comply with a number of requirements:
- travel through Singapore to a third country;
- have with you a valid foreign passport, a confirmed air ticket from Singapore to a third country, documents required to enter the third country (including a visa),
and enough funds to stay in Singapore;
- travel to a third country within 96 hours;
Final approval for entry into Singapore is at the discretion of border officials at entry points.

In Terminal 3 – near Transfer Lounge A and Gate A1-A8 (Level 2). If you arrived at Terminal 1, then, without leaving the transit area, go to Terminals 2 or 3. Registration for the excursion ends one hour before departure from the airport.

How to get on the excursion: you cannot sign up for the excursion in advance, so you should hurry – registration ends an hour before departure, the bus can only accommodate 22 people. The City Tour desk is located at the beginning of the waiting room between the Mont Blanc and WH Smith boutiques.
Important to remember:
• All excursions are conducted in English.
• In most cases, a visa is required for transit travel, with the exception of visa-free countries for Russians. It is better to arrange for a transit visa 10-14 days before the start of the trip.
• You will probably get hungry during the excursion, and visiting a restaurant is not always included in the program. Take care of food in advance, because sandwiches in museums are even more expensive than at the airport.
• If you have luggage with you, it is better to leave it at the airport in a luggage room.
